#THANK YOU #anxiety disorders are like having a big brick wall in front of you and all your friends and family are on the other side #saying ‘just use your ladder!!!’ #and you don’t have a ladder #you’re not even really sure what a ladder is #and you say ‘i don’t have a ladder’ #and they say ‘of course you have a ladder everyone has a ladder’ #and you just have to stand down there beating your fists against the wall yelling I DONT HAVE A LADDER until someone throws you a rope #and meanwhile everyone on top is looking at each other like ‘what’s wrong with her? why doesn’t she just use her ladder?’
