Rasheed is the only guide at the Quid-e-Azam house in Karachi. He says that the love for Quaid-e-Azam has been limited only to a currency note instead of his ideology of a State where every citizen should receive equal rights regardless of any religion, caste or creed.
Our religious places are not safe anymore be it a mosque, church or temple. Today's blast on the church was indeed a sad event.
The story of Rasheed and Quid-e-Azam house is published in today's Express Tribune Magazine.

The beach. Manora Island.
It started snowing in Bahrain, Swat and my friend Mujahid Torwali drove me around for photographs. He did not remove snow from his car's roof and said it will look cool in the photograph. I had to take a photo of the car along with him :) I spent a couple of days with Torwali folks trying to understand preservation of their mother language Torwali, a Dardic language spoken in Swat-Kohistan.
After yesterday's snowfall, it's sunny here and some Torwali folks are playing a mind game locally known as "qad". The game involves two players with set of 9 stones each. (Bahrain, Swat)
