When you and a group of people are talking about someone, it can be good, bad, or neutral, and that said person walks in, most of the time one of the news-mongers will tell that person, "Ah, we were just talking about you! You will live a very long life!" (Yeah, I don't get it either)
When someone sneezes, it is believed that they are a subject of conversation far from their hearing range. (It's a pretty common belief global wide tbh)
