uh oh, Hanif talking about Scott on his Insta stories again. time to cry.

If in the past 5 years, we’ve spoken about Frightened Rabbit and particularly Scott, then you know my complicated outlook on how fans can easily overstep boundaries and it’s a fine line. That being said, the fact that it’s been 5 years without Scott, is a devastating fact and I miss his music everyday and I feel for his family and friends. Half a decade feels incomprehensible. that dude’s music literally saved my life. His songs changed my view on life, they gave me a roadmap that I use every day. If his legacy is trying to be kind to others and making tiny changes, then that’s what we should do.

and I would regret it if I didn’t share my favorites from The Work. god, Scott was brilliant, and he was right, something carried on.
