I’ve seen many posts and comments about deaf and otherwise hard of hearing people having problems with captioned videos on popular YouTube channels.

I myself am not hard of hearing in any way, shape, or form, but I do have minor auditory processing problems stemming from my autism. I recognize, though, that I don’t have it as bad as some other people, because I don’t *need* closed captions in order to consume content.

So, if you or someone you know is hearing impaired or otherwise needs to use closed captions on YouTube videos, could you please direct message or send an ask to this blog with your Discord URL so I can ask you some questions about your observations, complaints, preferences, and needs?

Here you will find a comprehensive list of every anomaly in Jacksepticeye’s video, “BULLETPROOF CHEST | Mr. President #3,” released on October 29, 2016. There were a total of 3 anomalies in this video. Full analysis under the cut.

In Jacksepticeye’s video, “MEET THE YANGS | Guts And Glory #5” released on October 26, 2016, there is exactly one anomaly, which takes place at 6:58. Jack utters a shrill, screaming laugh and subtle, mostly lateral glitching of the facecam occurs. This happens over a span of 2 seconds.

In Jacksepticeye’s video, “ROBOT WARS | Manual Samuel #3” released on October 25, 2016, there is exactly one anomaly, which takes place at 21:33. Jack stares, wide-eyed, at the destruction in the game. A subtle scrolling lateral glitch occurs, followed by full static coverage and a static noise. A shot of Anti, wringing his own neck and obscured by static, flickers in and out over Jack's regular facecam. It resets with that same scrolling lateral glitch and a soft burst of static noise.. This happens over a span of 3 seconds.

In Jacksepticeye’s video, “SWIMMING IN POOP | Pipejob (HTC Vive Virtual Reality)” released on October 24, 2016, there is exactly one anomaly, which takes place at 12:13. After the outro of the video, Jack's face appears onscreen, very close to the camera. His eyes are wide. He whispers, "Hi there, my name's Jack." Immediately after this, brief lateral glitching accompanied by a short burst of static noise occurs, followed by a soft snorting laugh from Jack.. This happens over a span of 3 seconds.

Jack: As a real, true doctor, I always go into my very real ER and I sit down and I look at my patients, and I say 'Don't you worry, you're in the strong, capable, handsome hands of the very real, Doctor Jack--  Schneeplestein: [muffled by the door] Vhat are you doing?! Jack: [turns away from the camera to face the door] What? Who are you? Schneeplestein: [opens the door] I am zhe good doctoh! [tears off his face mask and points at Jack] And zhat, is MY CHAIR! [cuts to black] [cue outro]

[The screen cuts very suddenly to black, almost cutting off Jack's last words but not quite] [A staticky sound begins to play before the black switches to a shot of Jack in his bed, tossing and turning restlessly] [The coloring of the shot switches from dark bluish coloring very briefly to a more yellow shade, then back, and does this a couple of times] [The static sound continues throughout all of this, but a faint, indistinct whispering begins, layered over the static sound] [Jack sits up suddenly, breathing heavily. The static noise and muttering both stop] [He looks around for a moment, catching his bearings and his breath, before looking directly into the camera] Jack: I remember what he did to me. [The camera cuts to black and the sound of a single heartbeat can be heard] [The rest of the video is completely silent]

[This video was released by Jacksepticeye on May 7, 2018. The suspect event begins at 41:05, and lasts to the end of the video.] Jack: I am so intrigued as to what The Last Session is gonna be. Oo! [points up] This is goo-- [cut to black] Chase: [muffled] Jack... Jack! This is Chase. You need to wake up. [cut to the game screen] [transmitter turns on] Transmitter: .-- .... . .-. . .- -- .. [transmitter cuts off] [foghorn] [fade to black]

In Jacksepticeye’s video, “SORE FROM LAUGHING | Stuntfest #2” released on October 29, 2016 there are two anomalies. Full documentation under the cut.

In Jacksepticeye’s video, “GRANNY DAB | Stuntfest #1” released on October 24, 2016 there is exactly one anomaly, which takes place at 8:32. Jack turns to face the camera, and his facecam is overtaken by lateral glitching. Anti's grinning face flashes once over Jack's, accompanied by the noise from the security cameras in FNAF. This happens over a span of one second.

In Jacksepticeye’s video, “CHOOSE YOUR OWN GOAL | ClusterTruck #16” released on October 23, 2016 there is exactly one anomaly, which takes place at 12:40. Static-filled images of Anti, pointing at the camera and grinning with blood on his face, rapidly flicker over the facecam window. This lasts for less than a second.

In Jacksepticeye’s video, “PLEASE DON’T KILL ME | Hello Neighbor #2” released on October 19, 2016 there is exactly one anomaly, which takes place at 9:42.  Wide lateral glitching scrolls up over the facecam window, followed by static and brief flashes of Anti, grinning at the camera, before the game crashes. This happens over a span of two seconds.
