Desiderata Beach Boardwalk! Okay, I’ll readily admit, this was completely ripped off from Owl Creek’s community beach by @moocha-muses, but come on, it’s for the greater good. Desiderata needed a cute boardwalk and I’m terrible at designing beach lots, haha.

Beach hut buildings include a bar, a karaoke hangout/arcade, a seafood restaurant and a shop that sells a little bit of everything. All decorated in a delightful shabby-chic style! Outside, there’s some RC cars, tables and chairs, loungers, a photoboot, an easel, vending machines, the works. I was trying to include all the important activities that weren’t accounted for in the existing community lots, and I think it has most of them! Should be great for dates especially, since it has a restaurant.

196 Main Street! I had fun with the mediterranian look for the sports park and kept that theme here since the lot already had a terracotta roof. The actual layout I didn’t change all that much, this is one of the cuter lots in Desiderata imo, I just added a garage & fixed the roof.

I kept the yellow colour scheme, since it was pretty cute! This wasn’t furnished with any particular sims in mind, but I imagine it being a family that loves to travel? Maybe the Travellers after they’ve outgrown their old home, haha, I alkways find it hard finding houses suitable for bigger families so I kept it open so it can be flexible?
