Long time no see!

My attention was grabbed by that new fix for pink flashing, so I finally found time to install it and it seems I finally will be able not only to finish my no cc Belladonna Cove makeover (only cc used is hood deco here) but also make it over with full cc and play it. Because last I tried to work on this, I was not able to place any furniture into any of these homes without all hood becoming pink mess. So hopefully this won't happen anymore.

As for my build posts, I was busy with work and creating content for my main community, but I recently installed ts4 Cottage Living EP conversions and I want to makeover Riverblossom Hills with those, so I hope to soon post some new stuff here.

I love my attached lots 🤷 so the market hall got this little extension with a jazz club. Fancier indoors than it appears from the outside!

Sim State University 🎓

Monument of the Lady being built at the centre of the city. Unfortunately, the council ran out of money before completion.

The unemployed builders and a growing homeless population has caused a temporary tent town to appear at the base of the statue.

The overgrown plaza has become a dumping ground for trash and broken appliances.

🏙️ congrats to leo for being the first sim to move into my newly (mostly) finished downtown, which i've named sycamore. it's the closest city to signal hill, directly attached to the university, and is also where the rothmanns lived before moving.

"Dad? What are you doing?" Paul asked.

"Talking to the trees, of course," John Jr. answered.

"Why?"

"Old family secret," he winked. "Helps the trees grow."

"Oh!"

"We MacDonalds have many farming tricks. Dad--I mean, your grandfather, taught me most of them."

"Will you teach me too, Dad?"

And with that, John Jr. had picked his favourite son. He felt suddenly reinvigorated and finally ready to get back to work after losing his father.

All the teens in Whibley skipped merrily to RBU. Well, all but one: Cynthia Payne.
