Hmm 🤔🤔 that's a good question. Honestly since I've started my bedwetting journey I've been conscious of my water intake and drinking more water throughout the day but especially at night. Nowadays I drink about 2 big glasses of water and some hot tea before I go to bed (w/ also including some of the hypno some nights)

Usually that will leave me waking up to a wet suprise most mornings now 😌🌅

Yes, I'm currently 24/7 now and I've been pee my pants for 9 months straight 😌🗓️ contrary to messing, I don't mess my diaper outside the house unless it's a special situation or scenario 😏😈

What I used to jumpstart my bedwetting process is by using the HypnoCats audio files and it is recommended for the bedwetting files to be listened to before/at bedtime and for a set amount of consecutive days during the first listens 😌😴😵‍💫

I've been 24/7 for about 9 months now. I've started bed wetting most nights with the help of bedwetting hypnosis and I've noticed my bladder has definitely started to shrink (I'm not able to hold it as long as I use too). Haven't had any day accidents just yet or lost control of my bladder, but I'm hoping soon in time I'll be there 😇
