Was so good to go back to yoga last night ☆ I am defintely needing it now more than ever ♡

I just need to keep reminding myself this when I have a shit day or someone tells me im doing something wrong or judged. All the days are different and ill enjoy them all

Throwback to the most exciting and wonderful day this was the first ultrasound at 11 weeks. Our little bubba was growing wonderfully and there was already so much movement this moment was when it was finally real we were going to be parents my partner and I were over the moon
