yeah so i asked myself that and it turns out that in this case the author is usually trying to convey “i hate women”

and it’s crazy because that wasn’t even what my post was about. this one is actually completely about the way fandom interacts with spoken misogyny in fiction, by regularly and extensively conflating it with repressed queerness and/or using (headcanoned) queerness as a tool to justify and excuse the overt textual misogyny. i’m not even talking about WHY the writers chose to make this guy suck about women specifically, i’m just pissed off because i keep watching “omg so gay” tv shows and movies as recommended by other queer people and it turns out the “gayness” is in fact just a man hating women

My boyfriend claims this hate campaign is happening so other countries can justify taking our resources. So yeah, chupenme los huevos que no tengo

If I worked in a college or library I would just randomly hang signs asking people not to do the most incomprehensible things

"Please be mindful of other library-goers! Do not descale fish in the library!"
