We have a downstairs bedroom going for $680.99/month + utilities, we are not asking for a security deposit! It's in a 5 bedroom (so you will have roommates!) two story unit near Hillsdale highway with in-unit washer/dryer, three bathrooms, a back porch facing a nature-reserve with a creek. There are three other units on the property, we have one apartment above us. The room we are renting has a sliding door with direct access to the back porch! The neighborhood is great for those who work/go to school in downtown PDX or the Beaverton area. We are a 10 minute walk from major bus-lines such as the 54, 12, 43, and the 44! Looking to have someone before our lease renews. It renews officially in October, proof of income and a background check are required by property management. If you need until October 1st, please let us know ASAP!

We are a queer household, and are looking for other queer people. We are a weed friendly household, and already have a cat in the house. Another cat is fine, but we are not accepting dogs.
