Personal grievances aside, i love banana fish (and especially shorash) so very dearly and i cannot express my excitement for the dub, i have been waiting for this for 6 years up until now

I have been working on them for a good long while, since febuary at least. And I've had the idea for this project since I first got into trigun in 2023 when I completely fell in love with Zazie.

Now I just HAVE them, I can hold them and play with their hair and just stare at them and I am so so happy about it

This was my starter doll, I got it from aliexpress for a price I dare not speak lest I look at my wallet in despair

Making their clothes and hair was actually really easy, it helped that I was on a really big sewing kick at the time so I was whipping shit up real fast

What I was really scared of was painting them

I knew I wouldn't be happy with the final product if they were even a few shades lighter than their canon skintone so painting their skin would be essential but I was so so scared of messing up. Their clothes and wig were no bother at all but painting the doll itself felt so irreversible and scary

And so I procrastinated

For months

And then started and finished painting them in one day and had a lot of fun doing it actually

Ofc I painted the perfect eyebrow on the side that would be covered by hair

Curse my left-handedness

And thus with their scarf, hair accessory, boots, and loincloth..? thing.. ? They were done

Oh my i sure would hate for the world to explode that would not be very nice

I have many MANY thoughts about Beldaruit and the way he interacts with all the children that fall under his care. His apprentices, his grand-apprentices and even just the children around the great hall, no matter who they are or wether they're actually his responsibility or not he is always so lovely to them.

He truly values them, their individuality and their perspectives and gives them a level of respect that i feel you never see given from adults to children and it is most certainly his greatest quality.

I could not think of a better role for him than that of The Wise in Teachings, and with his adoration of magic and loving care for children, I'd go as far to call him the father of witchhood itself.

Ik there's a decent crossover between the trigun fandom and the wha fandom but i only ever see crossover art of vash and wolfwood and I just knew zazie would be absolutely perfect so i took matters into my own hands
