Some goblins of Cobbledton. Here we have:

Caroline Drylocke, a journalist. One of the only two members of the Cobbledton Cobbledton Post Post.

Emmett Still, owner of Still's (NOT A) Saloon. He is obsessed with collecting alcohol and showing it off, though despite being a licensed barkeep he refuses to sell or serve any. Its more like a museum than anything else.

Bubby Grotto, a young merfolk boy who is a big fan of casketball. He dreams of becoming a professional casketball player someday.

Virginia Sound, a keyhole crab and the local locksmith of Blood Bay (owner of Sound's Locks & Keys). The townsfolk know that when Virginia comes personally to "pick" a lock that means she's hungry, though at least she offers a discount for a keyhole replacement afterwards.

Remi, a remipede who lives in a subterranean sea cavern accessible through a cavern opening under the boardwalk. They commute to work at their job at the elementary school.

Colleen Law, one of the many dockworkers of Blood Bay.

Boggle, Contract, and Gasket are a few of the generic creepies that showed up in Blood Bay sometime after the events of HorrorVale. Contract and Gasket tend to be found around the boardwalk area, while Boggle can be observed at the beach nearly every hour of the night.

Vance Hook. This old monster is a retired fisherman, dwelling in his house at the top of a cliff overlooking the sea at edge of town. Unfortunately, local youth like to spend romantic mornings parked on his hill, something he takes a great offense to. They've taken to calling his hill "Lover's Rise", although traffic has slowed ever since he started attacking them and their cars (or simply calling the local towing service when he doesn't feel like it).

Melva Hook, Vance's granddaughter. She's currently going to college upstate, although she visits quite frequently.
