402 Pinecrest Apartment 🌿

I love anything @farfallasims and I loved her "12PM in San Myshuno 🗽" build :) Her idea was to have a male apartment who loves gaming but I made it a little bit girly. Also I adapted her build to Evergreen Harbor. I feel bad because those apartments are not used as much as apartments in San Myshuno and in my save I want to change that :)

Greenford Estate.

Greenford Estate is located in Henford-on-Bagley. It is a gorgeous and traditional estate for your sims to either have a cute vacation getaway. It has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, perfect for a family with a guest house!

EXCITING UPDATE!! The Paradox Hotel - is now 100% compatible with #Lot51 Suite Life Mod!!

I have play tested the renovated version and it works perfectly with all of the mod's functions including check-in, room service, continental breakfast, pool hours, bar service and housekeeping. I loved playing with the Suite Life mod!! It adds so much fun gameplay and is so good for storytelling. Complete with 5 fully functional guest rooms, 2 VIP suites and 3 standard rooms (1 double). Price range per night, $400 - $1,700.
