Specifically I'm talking Abt that paparazzi photo where she was hiking backwards and someone on Tumblr was like Taylor what was this and she responded like "went outside. Saw paps. Was like I don't have time for this shit and hiked the trail backwards."

It sucks that "it sounds like they don't love you" is just like a single pane of bpd warped glass from the actually good advice "it sounds like you need to talk about the way they express their love to you" because the latter is how you make a relationship work for decades and the former is how you fail to date anyone longer than three months.

Conservative beauty standards are back with a vengeance which means it's especially important to go out this summer with bellies out and bodies unshaved. Also be unapologetically disabled with mobility aids and wearable medical devices and stim toys and ear defenders and all that stuff. You need it. People need to see it. Everyone needs to be reminded that life is unquestioningly more enjoyable when you're not living inside an arbitrary set of rules created by people who are offended by all the wrong things.

so far one theme of the 30s for me has been realizing that literally every human being on earth who appears completely cool and collected and together with it at first glance has some threshold past which enough known information about them will shatter that mystique completely. i don't even say this negatively or pessimistically it's just been helpful to keep in mind that we're all like that.
