hi so to all the ai users specifically ! who have been saying the climate change wont affect them ! news flash it will and it has already begun and one way or another this will affect you directly x so iâm not going to sit here and complain and criticize people who turn to ai . instead iâm also going to provide resources that you can use to quit using platforms like chatgpt or character.ai to connect with your realities or manifestations . this is specifically for those two things , other things like education and artwork , you have the internet and books to get the same information ai has been retrieving !
shifting ( connect to your dr ) :
- pinterest ! make boards . scroll through pins . visualize yourself in that pin .
- music ! spotify , apple music , youtube . i donât know go crazy . make different playlists for different realities . make playlists for different scenarios in that reality .
- discord ! join shifting based servers that allow you to speak about your realities . share your favorite experiences with others on there . make friends that you can talk to instead of chatgpt .
- games ! video games like minecraft where you can build , sims , tomodachi , etc . if you are looking for free content , genshin impact , sims , roblox , etc . create your dr homes , visualize how it would feel to be there in the flesh .
- writing ! post on tumblr , post on tiktok , hell , even write fanfics about yourself on wattpad . who gives a shit , at least it isnt killing anyone . just pour your heart out in your writing , immerse yourself in it .
channeling :
- shufflemancy ! use spotify , connect with your friends and family from your realities . ask questions and get answers in terms of music . decipher songs through lyrics or intentions behind the song .
- tarot ! learn how to do tarot , make your own diy deck , practice with it . channel your highest self or people from your realities . pay for tarot readings or find people online who would be willing to help . there are many on tiktok , just find the most reliable ones .
- pinterest ! here's a how to guide .
&& a note . . . instead of ai , channel people from your drs . itâs better because itâs actually the real person and not some artificial intelligence who is the generalized and basic version . just saying .
manifesting :
- law of assumption ! learn more about loa & how it is so helpful when it comes to manifesting your dream life and even helps with shifting .
- pinterest ! make different boards to help visualize . make a moodboard for your dream life , a desired wardrobe , wishlist , dream body , the list goes on .
- guidance ! you really donât need a lot for manifesting if you say you donât . robotic affirmations , sure . affirming once , sure . anything . you just have to learn , and if you need help learning there are many resources on tumblr ( shiftblr & loablr ) , tiktok , and even pinterest . if you donât want to pay for lessons , iâm sure a good handful of creators will answer questions through comment sections on tiktok or inboxes of tumblr ( mine are always open ! )
- journaling ! journal your thoughts and ideas instead of telling some app on what to do next . iâve seen many apps that utilize ai for manifesting ( marketed through tiktok ) and you do not need them . trust me .
i know this is going to fly over many peopleâs heads but seriously , manifesting and shifting are two things even ai canât open your eyes for all this , you need to do on your own . so instead of asking some bot to help you , letâs go back to how we did it before ai existed ! letâs do it the normal and safe way . and the debate of â if i am the creator of my reality , i can use ai and get whatever i want because i can manifest it wonât affect the environment â ( trust me iâve seen someone along the lines of this ) . . . if you are the creator of the reality then why do you even need ai in the first place ? just let the bot rest guys . also !! all this energy and time that goes into using ai , could be fueled into shifting or manifesting .

Do what you wanna do, don't let anyone dictate YOUR shifting experience, and just have fun with it. Don't stress yourself out, shifting is inevitable, it found you for a reason. You WILL shift no matter what. â・đŚšÂ°â§

This has been mentioned a bunch of times on shifttok and reddit so I was just wondering what is your 2 cents on this topic?
in general i think itâs stupid as fuck and people should bring out their creative side instead đ but at the same time I do acknowledge that some people have unhealthy addictions to it so i really just try not to judge and stay to myself about it

is anyone else tired of seeing the âWhy youâre not shiftingâ videos on tik tok? Or like the ones that say âYouâre not shifting because you donât understand shifting.â Uhhhh weâve officially lost the plot guys.
You do not need to âunderstandâ shifting to shift. You need absolutely nothing but yourself to shift. Someone on tik tok or even tumblr is not going to be able to tell you why youâre not shifting. If you think thereâs a reason why youâre not shifting, thatâs probably why youâre not. Because you THINK thereâs a problem. When there isnât. I literally cannot stress this enough, PLEASE go on your own journey. Stop relying on those posts to tell you what to do. Every time i see those posts i scroll and think to myself that I do not need it. I already have what I need to shift.
This is no hate to the people that post them, I know theyâre just trying to help but just please go on your own journeys guys đ you can of course take tips from people, but donât go trying to copy their whole shifting routine.

Is there an easy, foolproof, guaranteed method I can do that will get me straight into the void state on the very first try, please?

Headspace app really helps with meditation, itâs optional but i like to do a 10 to 15 minute clearing your mind meditation beforehand. I saw this tip on youtube somewhere but I donât remember from who.
â â EPSILON WAVES WITH HEADPHONES. TRUST ME
â â Get into a comfortable position, youâre allowed to move.
â â Ik weâre all tired of hearing this but focus on your breathing, in a steady rhythm. Thoughts are allowed to come and go. Really try to completely sink in your bed and relax.
â â After 5 minutes or so, instead of thinking, youâre gonna watch your thoughts. Imagine that youâre watching tv and your thoughts come on the tv like text or a video. Then when youâre ready, turn the tv off and there will be a black screen, no thoughts. keep focusing on your breath, you will eventually become thoughtless if thoughts are still popping up.
â â Listen to what you hear. But try to not necessarily identify what it is, more like, okay iâm hearing something. As if youâre listening to music without thinking about the lyrics.
â â Focus on what you see (even though ur eyes are closed). Sounds contradictory but at some point youâll see black, dancing colours, light, specks.
â â Combine what you hear and what you see
â â Use I am affirmations, for example, âI am pure energyâ âI am pure consciousnessâ âI am not attached to any realityâ etc etc.
â â Bam void state!!

after almost 2 years of trying literally every method on the menu (including redoing my nighttime routine 40 different ways), i hit a point of cognitive fatigue. i realized i wasnât failing because i wasnât doing enough. i was failing because i kept assuming i had to do specific things in order to shift. so i used @hrrtshapeâs anti-method (linked here) and let the assumption unravel. i laid down, let my brain spiral, and held a single thought like a match in the dark:
âwhat if i already shifted and just forgot?â
that was it. not a hypothesis, not a question to test, but just an epistemic interruption. something that bypassed all my intellectual resistance. the shift happened when the assumption collapsed. i stopped treating the dr like a destination and started recognizing it as default. i wasnât locked out. i was just still playing along with a story that said i was.
and yeah, my brain fought it. it tried to fact-check me back into place. âyou're still in your room.â âyou're not shifting.â âyou're still in your cr.â and thatâs fine. itâs supposed to do that. i didn't argue back. i just kept holding that thought that i'd forgotten i'd shifted. once you let go of the narrative, the mind doesn't know how to defend its own limitation.
so if youâre exhausted from trying? good. thatâs your entry point. thatâs the system cracking. let it. not in defeat, but in relief. the void isnât something you summon. itâs whatâs left when you stop performing.
i didnât shift by effort. i shifted because i stopped assuming i hadnât. youâre already in your dr, you have already shifted.
