"you dont understand how to shift thats why u dont shift" can you imagine hearing that in another reality with diff rules for shifting?
if there is infinity, that would also mean infinite ways to shift, infinite things to understand about shifting. so why would you understand how to shift if there is an infinite understandings abt shifting? why bother yourself? how is that claim truth in any sort of way?
imagine hearing that said in an infinite amount of realities and look at how dumb it sounds now. son, shifting can gen happen to anyone involuntarily ✌️😭. it happened to me. i woke up in a reality where my bed was blue a few years back before i even knew what shifting was.
is anyone else tired of seeing the “Why you’re not shifting” videos on tik tok? Or like the ones that say “You’re not shifting because you don’t understand shifting.” Uhhhh we’ve officially lost the plot guys.
You do not need to ‘understand’ shifting to shift. You need absolutely nothing but yourself to shift. Someone on tik tok or even tumblr is not going to be able to tell you why you’re not shifting. If you think there’s a reason why you’re not shifting, that’s probably why you’re not. Because you THINK there’s a problem. When there isn’t. I literally cannot stress this enough, PLEASE go on your own journey. Stop relying on those posts to tell you what to do. Every time i see those posts i scroll and think to myself that I do not need it. I already have what I need to shift.
This is no hate to the people that post them, I know they’re just trying to help but just please go on your own journeys guys 💔 you can of course take tips from people, but don’t go trying to copy their whole shifting routine.
What is something you think I can do to Clarice to confuse her but still make her happy? Not in a romantic way, just as a friend way cause I do think she could be a good friend... But I also want to absolutely be someone she doesn't get and find only mildly annoying :P
This is a really good question!! I know she tends to be a bully sometimes but in reality she’s really just a big teddy bear 😭.
I honestly think if you have a good reputation and don’t cower around her, you’ll be fine. It would confuse her if you were new and stood your ground but not to the point where she thought it was disrespectful. And I think she’d then leave you alone.
You could probably like offer her your dessert when she gets hers taken (which happens a lot…) And that might make her very confused but at the same time it would make her happy like you asked! I know this isn’t much but most of Clarisse’s friends in my DR were already friends with her before I got there and I don’t know how they did it 😭. Most of them are her siblings anyways so that counts for something.
Also being a camp dealer… the only reasons she’s friends with my bestfriend is because he gives her stuff for free LOL

This genuinely irks me more than much could. It legit makes our whole community a laughing stock. Why can’t antis just leave us alone? It’s so annoying and de-motivating.
Don’t get me wrong, i’m glad shifting isn’t main stream because I fully believe shifting isn’t meant for some people. But it’s so de-motivating to see how people make fun of it like it’s not real.
Has Clarisse ever pinned you? She seem like the type to pin someone, and I just want to give some good memories some attention if she has.

So if you mean spar wise, me and Clarisse don’t usually spar together because she always goes too easy on me and I HATE it, so I usually spar with one of her siblings or really just anyone else because she feels so bad if she even scratches me on accident 😭
If you mean like pinning me on her phone as a contact, we don’t have phones in my Percy Jackson DR and really we just communicate through Iris messages! But i’m sure she would if we did have phones! Cus I know I for sure would and I’m not really sure who else she’d talk to on her phone.
And lastly, play rough housing. This is legit her FAVORITE thing in the world guys 😭 she loves to play fight with me. We’ll legit just be laying in bed and she’ll turn over and start wrestling with me. It’s so cute cus she’s so gentle but also very playful 🥹

So, common advice is that shifting attempts can never fail, and that even if you wake up in your CR, you shifted, and are one step closer to your DR.
I lowkey never understood that😔
I might have the wrong grasp on it, but for me it sounds like everyone has a specific number of "failed attempts" until they successfully shift to their DR. Like a staircase that is long for some and shorter for others, and every failed shifting attempt is a step.
I know that that isn't actually the case, I just never understood how waking up in my CR could be considered success, even if it's actually a different reality, how does that help me?
I hope you understand what I mean, I'm really curious what people mean when they say that🙏
Haiii! Thanks for the question! This won’t be formatted cutely since I am not near my computer BUT great question!
So what I mean by there’s no failed shifting attempts is that you are ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS shifting. No matter what you do. Blink? You shifted. Trip? You shifted. It’s really that easy. And why that matters to you is for you to see how easy that really is. Everyone always says “shifting is as easy as breathing” and sometimes they say it without context, so I feel that’s a really great way to realize, oh yeah… it is that easy.
Also what I mean by if you wake up in your cr and not in your dr, it’s a day closer to the day you shift is really just this: Picture you have an exciting thing in a week. You wake up the day before it. Obviously it’s not going to be that day, right? No matter how much you wish it to be. It’s going to be tomorrow. But that night was just a day closer to tomorrow. If that makes sense!

Hai guys!! The last post yesterday was a little negative... so I thought I'd do an aesthetic cutesie and hopefully helpful one today! First of all, disclaimer, this is what has helped me throughout MY journey. It may not help you throughout yours and that is alright, we are all different people.
Now I'm going to use that to lead into my first point:
Independency - I'm sure you guys have heard people say this so many times and get annoyed with it because, quite frankly, I used to get annoyed with it too. That was until I really took the time to understand what they meant to take what resonates with me and leave what doesn't. If you force yourself to align with something that helped someone else, it may just make things worse than they were. So, try to make your shifting journey as personal and relevant to you as you can! Your shifting journey is YOURS and nobody elses.
Reverse phycology - This can really help someone de-attach from their current reality, I think, at least. What you can do is imagine THIS reality as your DR and act like you are gonna be upset when it comes back time to shift home, but that home is really the desired reality you want to go to. If you do fun things during the day, think about how accomplishing it felt that you got to 'shift' and experience these things in your 'DR' if that makes sense...
Realization - Taking moments out of the day to realize how real this reality is and picture that your DR is going to feel EXACLY as real as this does. It is not any less real.
No failures - There is NO such thing as failure in shifting. And the moment you realize that, is the moment you'll finally feel free. Every time you wake up, you shifted. Whether it wasn't to your DESIRED reality, that doesn't matter. You shifted and that's progress. When you wake up, disappointed from a 'failed' shifting attempt, remind yourself that its progress. It's always progress. No matter how little the progress is. If nothing happened? A day closer to the day you shift. If you see angel numbers? A sign your dr is closer. See random edits of your dr or s/o on your fyp? A sign your dr is closer. A dream about your dr? An even BIGGER progress. Shifting is inevitable. You'll get there. So why rush it?
Rushing - Having that last point lead me into this topic, I think this is an important one. Someday in the future - whether that's the close future or far future, you'll shift. That day in the future has already been decided. So why rush it? Just let it come to you.
Affirmations - Affirmations help a LOT. As it's basically implying manifestation and LOA in a more seeable way. I have a shifting journal where I write affirmations down every day, twice a day. I'm not saying you have to do that, but it helped me see IMMEDIATE results and led me into my first short shift.
Shifting journal - Write down your progress. Write down what happened the last night you shifted and what you want to try the next night. This helped me keep track of my thoughts and what I wanted to do, and it is also a cute thing to go back in and look on.
DR questions - Write down some questions you want to answer after you shift back from your dr. This is super motivating to me and my friends, and maybe it could be to you! It'll also be super fun when you shift back and get to reflect on questions you wanted answers to and now know that and far more.
DR related playlists - Make Spotify playlists that resemble songs that either have the same vibe as your DR or it's a song you'd listen to there.
What am I doing right now? - Take time out of your day to think and imagine what you would be doing in your desired reality at this moment. Where would you be? Who would you be with? Is anyone expecting you somewhere? Do you have things to look forward to? Things like that.
Lock into you dr mindset - I think this is going to be my last thing, but this helps me a LOT. Randomly, throughout the day, do things your drself would do or think things you would think in your dr. It's a super cool thing to do in my opinion and also has a lot of good outcomes.

HELLO?? Ok, first of all. How does it not make sense? You're literally shifting your awareness from one reality to another... for whatever amount of time you want. It is literally SUCH a simple concept tbh. The only thing that's going to make permashifting fake to you is that limiting belief that it's fake. If you want to permashift, you'll permashift. If you don't, then don't and stop telling people that it's not real because you just make yourself seem like a fucking loser, sorry.
The universe is fucking unlimited. You literally used to be inside of a star babes... why are we STILL limiting ourselves in the big '26? Shifting is what YOU make it out to be. You hold all the power. Because it is literally just manifesting. Sorry for the rant guys but y'all really needed to hear that shit.
ℳe!!! (I hate the term mini-shifting btw) Last night I was on the phone with my friends until like very late, about 1:30 AM. So, you can imagine, I was super tired. Me and three friends I was on the phone with, all share a Percy Jackson DR together so on the call, we were talking to each other like we were in said desired reality.
So, you can imagine, when we hung up to go to sleep, I was exhausted, like completely. So then, when I laid down to shift, I told myself, "I'm super tired tonight, it's okay if I don't shift and just go to sleep but it would be amazing if I did shift tonight."
Before every experience I have, whether that is getting into the void state, having a dream about my dr, really just anything, my body always feels numb and I remember what place my hand was in. And that happened right before I fell asleep.
When I sleep, I sleep in the starfish position just out of habit, I've always slept like that. And my friends always tell me that I do not move when I sleep, I stay on my back all night. Which, I know I do. When I woke, I was laying on my stomach with my leg up. I was not in my bed but that didn't click to me at the time.
The covers were messy, I was in different pajamas, and there was this loud ass blaring music that only my s/o would listen to. I told myself to just ignore it and go back to bed. So, I did. WHICH I REGRET SO BADLY!!! I should've just stayed omg.
I know I was in my s/o's room, but I don't know why I was in her room. I'm supposed to wake up at Yancy with Grover and Percy... so I'm not sure why I was with my girlfriend instead. Who, mind you, I don't meet until like a day after I wake up in my DR. We have heavy slow burn.
The reason I think I did though is because while falling asleep, I was just picturing hugging her and just being with her. I'm genuinely so obsessed with this experience and have not been able to stop talking about it all day LOL. When I do fully get to my PJO DR, I will be permashifting there, that is my HOME.
Anyways, sorry for how long this is but I hope this motivated you guys in anyway cus I know how much it motivated me and got rid of all my doubts in shifting. This is my first time shifting to Percy Jackson and even though it was short, it was definitely so freaking amazing. I just wished I realized that I was there when I was there. 🦢

Before you say it’s not cheating, I know it isn’t. I personally just feel so devoted to her that it makes me feel guilty if I even ENTERTAIN the idea of dating anyone else.
That being said though, I am not a hater to anyone who has multiple s/os. I have many friends who do and I have no judgment towards them at all. I used to have multiple until I just realized what me and my s/o had, I don’t think i’ll ever find it anyone else. And i’m okay with that. I only want her.

𝓢o, my desired reality takes place in 2023, as the show has set it in. I know that the books were set somewhere within the 90s, I think. But I decided to run on the show timeline. The events in my PJO desired reality are more based on the books than the show, simply because I like how things happened in the books better than the show. However, everyone else has the same face claims as in the show. I am still a VERY big fan of the show and watch their episodes every time they come out on Wednesdays. The actors do an INCREDIBLE job with the show, and it gives me something to look forward to every week! Though I am very sad it ends next week, until the Titans Curse (my personal favorite book)! The theme of this post will be a little different and greener than my normal post, that being because I want it to have more of the camp aesthetic than just my person cabin 10 aesthetic! Anyways, enough yapping, let us get into what the post is ACTUALLY about. ☘︎

𝓘 don't have an exact claim set for the big house, but I do like how the show did it. It was almost exactly what I was imagining when reading the books, with the blue walls and stained glass. Sometimes, we will have movie nights either in there, or down at the beach. The big house isn't where campers usually hangout since Mr. D really just likes it as his space away from the kids. If we are in trouble though, that is where they call us to. Or if they have some sort of news for us, like in episode 2 when they took Percy there to talk about his quest. ❦

𝓢o, unlike the Big House, we spend a lot of our time at the beach, especially my cabin, Aphrodite cabin. We are usually there tanning or swimming if we're not doing anything else. The other cabins are also there swimming a lot. Hermes cabin pulling pranks on other campers, Ares cabin rough housing with each other and Percy doing some water trick to mess with everyone. A lot of little kids build sandcastles, however, some of the older kids like to kick them down and ruin them for 'fun.' It's a very fun 'activity' for a lazy day that still has socializing with everyone, my favorite activity at camp. ♡

𝓤nlike the books, in my desired reality, the cabins are set up in a little bit of a different way. I believe in the books it had said that they were in a horseshoe shape. In my desired reality, I have Zeus and Hera's cabin in the front of all the cabins, facing all of the others. Think of it as a rectangle with one of the shorter sides missing. The only existing short side would have cabins 1 and 2. On the two longer sides would have the other cabins. Cabins 3&4 would be facing each other, just like cabins 5&6, 7&8, 9&10, and 11&12. I like this set up better in my opinion because to me it just makes sense. ୨ৎ

𝓢o, this death trap at camp isn't done by EVERYONE. However, all of cabin 5 and 6 do it, but other cabins, some do, and some don't. It depends on the persons preference. Personally, I don't partake in the lava wall, just because I am a chicken and would prefer to not fall into a pit of lava. That would hurt. But many of my siblings from cabin 10 do the lava wall. Like my favorite sister, Drew Tanaka, she's like 6th on the leader board. The fastest climber is my LOVELY wife, Clarisse La Rue, with a of 26 seconds. Second is Annabeth Chase with 31 seconds, Percy Jackson with 48 seconds, Travis Stoll with 49 seconds, and Ethan Nakamura with 51 seconds. That is the leader board of the top 5 from the Fortnite camp half-blood. I thought it was accurate, so I applied it to my dr too. ➴

𝓣he shower house is EXACTLY like the bathrooms at CHB. But instead of stalls with doors like the bathrooms have, they have stalls with curtains that hold showers inside. There are 12 shower stalls in total in the shower house, holding 6 on each side. In my dr, we have scheduled shower times so not everyone is trying to get into a bathroom all at once. And you also share shower times with one other cabin. Aphrodite cabin shares at the same time as Ares cabin, Apollo cabin shares at the same time as Athena cabin, and Dionysus cabin shares at the same time as Demeter cabin, though that is all I remember off the top of my head. Hermes cabin gets their time to themselves since the cabin is very over-populated. ༄

𝓣here is more to this, but I thought I would keep this short and sweet since I know people attention spans are terrible these days, but I am not judging, because me too, honestly.
