Autobot Hot Shot is personally my favorite character of the Transformers universe that I've always wanted to make artwork of the character but from the Prime-verse (Transformers Prime) due to having a good memory of him as an toy from that toyline. I was very passionate about and it's very personal. And also, there hasn't made an very "accurate design" as the head sculpt is from Bumblebee's head sculpt instead of Hot Shot that on the action figure has a different head sculpt design (pointing that out if y'all transformers fan as never realizes it before). This fan made artwork was very special and very fun to draw that it makes me want to do an environment concept art with the character in it. But time will tell!

However the original vehicle mode was design just for Decepticon Breakdown from the show. But the color for Fallback stood out to me as I like it for the vehicle form. I've been playing with an idea of adding bumper and roof lights (which I considered them as "off-road accessories"), just so it can make more "different" and it won't look like breakdown with different color, but I still love the standard version.

What I really enjoyed of doing this artwork was adding details to his parts (like arms, legs, etc.), and giving his mace as a rock, just like in the show (Transformers: Prime), he uses dark energon to create chaos. So, I’ve imagining him grabbing a rock that is filled with dark energon inside and he uses it as a mace just like his G1 counterpart!🤖🚗
