Reply to wiscthor2 regarding Tumblr's super selective nudity ban. It is all pretty crazy Yahoo paid over a Billion $ for Tumblr. Banning porn may not be the only reason, but after the owners decided to block porn, the value became about 3 Million. Great business decisions guys. My thought is the they are pretend like they are working hard to block the "evil porn" while tumbling to the realization that actually no porn = no Tumblr businessat all. Maybe with some thought to bottom line, they focus on eliminating what is less profitable and content that could get them in trouble, older guys and the likes of children. Let it be said, I am against seeing children as well and understand Tumblr is not a dating site. It seems photos that are not attached to a specific person or account somehow can go full hardcore while people like us are stuck with limited VPL or distant shots in most cases. Pretty crazy rules. I have met some good friends here and it has always been a great place to "find your tribe" with or without clothes. Their policy against nudity is indeed rediculous, frustrates me immensely, and there *are* alternatives today. The next best place for me seems to be Bluesky. I like their simple setting you can turn on under moderation settings if you want to see such. I still struggle a little to find the best tribe over there. I have been there a lot less time than here. Feel free to share your comments on how to find the best tribe and continue to enjoy sharing nudes without the censorship. I am the same screen name there, please follow and help develop the community there. Cheers!
