alright I've got to do some quick math to explain attitudes towards AI to my boss.
we're looking to create an AI policy, and when we were talking about this, my boss (older millennial) was genuinely shocked to hear that younger people do not (seem) to view AI positively (a la the recent commencement speakers being booed)
please rb for larger sample size!
Question 1/3
What is your age, and do you feel AI is a net positive or net negative in our lives today?
under 18, AI is a net positive
under 18, AI is a net negative
18-29, AI is a net positive
18-29, AI is a net negative
30-45, AI is a net positive
30-45, AI is a net negative
46-60, AI is a net positive
46-60, AI is a net negative
over 60, AI is a net postive
over 60, AI is a net negative
Question 2/3
How often do you visit or interact with museums/archives (whether in person or online)?
Frequently (multiple times per month)
Often (multiple times per year)
Occasionally (a couple times per year)
Rarely (once every couple of years)
Never :(
Question 3/3
If you saw a museum was using AI in exhibits, marketing, research, etc., would you be more or less inclined to visit that museum?
under 18, more inclined
under 18, less inclined
18-29, more inclined
18-29, less inclined
30-45, more inclined
30-45, less inclined
46-60, more inclined
46-60, less inclined
over 60, more inclined
over 60, less inclined
Thank you for helping with this data collection. Please rb for as big a sample as possible!

I’m feeling like the time to write and document my birth experience is here. It has been over three years since my daughter was born and a lot of problems I’ve been experiencing postpartum almost feel like a thing of the past. And I think in getting over that large obstacle is clearing the way for me to finally confront the birth experience and all its traumas and joys.
Lots of things outside of myself have helped spur this: the Pitt finale, a Two Girls One Ghost episode, random facebook posts targeted towards me, the passage of time, and seeing my tiny, beautiful daughter grow up. Strange, I know.
I’m going to have to divide things into parts because it was long and arduous and my mind holds so many details that I aim to never forget albeit painful. And then honestly, I’ll have to recount immediate postpartum because that is in and of itself a traumatic period of time that has unfortunately become a blur.
No one needs to read this, but this is for my memory bank and to honor the people who helped me get through all these moments.

yk what at least one good thing came out of this movie
they already MADE a perfect wuthering heights adaptation. it came out in 1978 and it’s three minutes forty five seconds long and it’s by kate bush
Jacob Elordi as Heathcliff in Wuthering Heights (2026)
we deserve to have media with fat characters that like being fat and that are confident and happy in their fatness and they do not want to change that one bit im being very reasonable here
Ok, I know people have issues … or whatever with Wuthering Heights (2026), but my god, it was sexy. I wish it was even hornier to be honest. I don’t particularly think Jacob Elordi is like exceptionally good looking, but he made it work for me. More horny movies this year, please.
