I actually think it's not just inappropriate but fucked up to use a woman of color's firing on a TV show as a platform to hawk your fanfic with the serial numbers filed off you're trying to shop around as a book, and now that I know she knows that because I made a very vague reference to it on Twitter, which she doesn't have, and now that I know she's lurking on twitter to see what people say about her even though she deleted it after being caught lying ONCE AGAIN back in December, I'm gonna just say it: it's ofhouseadama.
And yes she deleted the post, but fortunately I copied it:

Right. Sure. Because the racist stereotype Latina dead wife fiasco, the absolutely antagonistic and unhinged way you went after a group of predominantly BIPOC friends on twitter in December and convinced yourself they were all stalking you or sending moles into your private accounts, the boundary stomping: yes, Emily, all of this will surely serve to promote your book.
(Speaking of, how the fuck does rereleasing a fic BACK on ao3 facilitate "going out on submission for the reworked version"? Is this a real agent this time, like, for real, or another editor you hired and are pretending is an agent? Many of my friends have gone from fic to published book: this is not how that works.)
I think the thing that pisses me off the most is that after you deleted your twitter in the middle of talking to me about how Sarah was an evil mole on your private account because people knew details about the changes you made to your manuscript, you left me on here as a mutual. I don't know what I expected, but I purposely did not block you (as you preemptively blocked so many other people you hurt without apologizing or taking accountability) because I was pissed about your behavior but I figured you were having some kind of mental breakdown and wanted to leave you an avenue open for maybe, idk, an apology when you were not unwell and harming everyone around you.
But Kat's right! You're just a garden variety racist with narcissistic tendencies and I truly believe you do revel in your own misery and that of others-- even a queer actress of color who just lost her fucking source of income-- as long as it can serve your ego in some way. Astonishingly toxic. And people will overlook it because you are a good writer, even despite the plagiarism and the dialogue out of AI summaries. I wish you the worst. Get out.
