Generally I have a couple things to help me get over anyone

1- if I didn’t really care for them or the relationship was short I find a reason to believe they don’t like me so there’s NO second chances

2- find everything you like about yourself and say “see I’m really good at _/im so pretty bc of _ so why focus on them? I’m too amazing for that”

3- fill your day with things to do to occupy time so you don’t have to miss them

No one has EVER hurt me and I am ok mentally, physically, and emotionally

Drawing everyday until I get good- day 15!
