In the beginning, or rather never... There was nothing... But also everything at the same time. It was bored... But how could it be bored? It’s nothing and everything at the same time, so it created Thoughts. And with that, it thought to be bored. “what am I? I know everything, but that everything is nothing because it hasn’t happened yet”. And that’s exactly it happened. The creation of sentience.
“What’s the point of this? Why do I have the ability to be self-aware if I can’t do anything with it?” so it created a ball of rock and soil. “What is this? This is a planet, a place of habitancy... But what will inhabit it?” So it created organisms... First small, very small... Then large ones. Organisms it called animals that breath and think. “But what purpose do they serve? None in particular, but to exist.” And with that, another question arose. What did the animals think? If they have sentience they had to do something with it. What classifies an Animal?
Perhaps something that is not a Human... What’s a Human?
If not an animal, then what? yes that does pose a strange situation... maybe a human is an animal with an advanced sentience, a mind that can ask comprehensive questions about itself and anything it has an approximate knowledge of. Shall there only be one Human? No... That is not efficient. There will be multiple, in different locations on the planet to gather knowledge. Then eventually encountering each other and share their gathered knowledge... If they so choose.
Perhaps they will construct new concepts such as time... What's time? Time is represented through change... The passing of time is closely connected to the concept of space. Humans may also create deities... Something to worship... Something to give the Humans purpose. I did not create deities... Can I become a deity? If the humans decide so...
The concept of sentience is fascinating. With the power of sentience, one can create entire separate concepts that the others will abide by... And to reject those concepts, they reject their entire existence.
