I just saw Aerion Targaryen is currently in the #2 spot of AO3’s Top Omegas of 2026 (so far) chart. Huge win for clinically insane evil little men in fandom. Breaking the mold for omegas everywhere 👏🏻

Alicent really listened to the incoherent ramblings of a dying man and then looked at her incompetent, dumbass of a hedonistic and abusive son and thought yeah Aegon is perfect for the throne. I must do everything in my power to get him on the throne. GIRL. This is why you couldn’t sway Rhaenys. You usurped Rhaenyra despite her father explicitly, for years, saying she should sit the throne. You know Rhaenys was surpassed because she was a woman, and you can only imagine The Most Pathetic Prince on Earth on that throne instead of yourself. Boy Mom Alicent is insufferable. I understand she was groomed for this role, but it gets to a fucking point.
