The smoke from the wildfires had obscured the #grandtetons when we were there last month, but the beauty was still apparent! We had an amazing breakfast on #elkisland while staying #colterbay village. If you are I the area I highly recommend adding it to your #itinerary They served us hot griddle pancakes, homefries, bacon, eggs, and TO DIE FOR TROUT, and don't forget the Cowboy #coffee With food like that and views like this, it was hard to come back home. I'm looking forward to my trip in October back to Denver. We will be in the city more, but plan a day trip to Colorado Springs to see #gardenofthegods I'd love to drive on #pikespeak but I am unsure if the road will still be opened at that time. Who's been to Pikes Peak or Garden of the Gods? I'm excited! Also, this is an adult only trip. Love my kids, but looking forward to adventure with my hubby. Incidentally, It's 24 years ago this week we went on our first date.
