Last time I came on tumblr to fast, I did a terribe job. My mom made me eat and it went nowhere. Months later I was at 165 lbs.
Now I’m at 146. Yesterday I was 147.8 EOD. Yesterday morning I was at 148.4. A week ago I was 154 and some change. So technically I’ve lost 8 pounds (unless my friend’s scale was wrong) but I didn’t start trying to lose weight until yesterday morning, when I was at 148.4. So it feels like I’ve only lost 2.4 pounds total from fasting 2 days. I suppose that’s not terrible… 1.2 pounds a day.
Still. It feels like it’s been longer.
And I know my weight fluctuates drastically. I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s really what this is. Water weight + weight fluctuation. Ugh.
I wish I could speed up time.
Anyway. I want to be 140 by next week. That means I have 4 days left of being at a calorie deficit. But at a rate of 1.2, it’ll take 5 more days.
We’ll see how it goes. Bodies are weird.
I’ve lost 10 pounds in a week before. And hell, if I lose about 2 more pounds I will have lost 10 pounds from last week so… there ya go.
By Monday I better be 140. I know I won’t regret fasting. But if it takes longer so be it. I know there’s no way I won’t be 140 or lower by some point next week as so long as I continue dieting.
May 3rd I was 146 lbs. It's May 7th and I'm 143 lbs and change. That's 4 days. Basically, every day I actually TRY to fast well and exercise a good bit, I lose about a pound. At this rate, by Sunday I should be 142. Monday 141. Tuesday-Wednesday I should be at 140. If I kept this up I could be 135-130 by Saturday, the 21st. Imagine being 130 in two weeks from now. I was 154 just two weeks ago. Totally worth it. Just another two weeks. I'll fit my current wardrobe so much better, and I'll be cuter for summer dresses. Eeeeeeee! I can't wait!
