The umbilical chakra is developed by intoning the vowel U Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuu (as in “you”). Faculty: Telepathy.

The pulmonary chakra is developed by singing the vowel A Aaaaaaahhhhhhh (as in “tall”). Faculty: Memory of past lives.

I.E.O.U.A. is the order of the vowels. All of the mantras are formed with these letters.
