I stand for any exercise that improves your well being and makes you happy. P90x is a great jump off point to get into working out. They show people like that because their progress is easier to advertise. Regardless you'll burn calories and increase athletic ability with p90x

Focusing on my controls. There's aspects of my life I have little influence on such as my mental state, but my diet, my physical output are completely mine. So I empower myself through them and feel accomplished when I am satisfied with my own effort
