Rewatching Robron's storyline from the start and I have so many feelings but one thing that really stuck out to me was the difference in Robert when he cried. I know others have remarked on it over the years but I never thought there was anything wrong with how Robert cried before prison. He always looked to me like a little boy trying to hold his tears back and that fit for Robert during that time. But even then, there were definitely moments where you could see the tears. The difference is now the tears aren't held back anymore but he remains childlike in his vulnerability. It really tracks with how Robert is basically a different person after prison and I love how Ryan always brings so much sensitivity to it.
