Evergreen Acres, the Bailey family’s farmstead, sits on the outskirts of Brindleton Bay. It was built by Joseph Bailey, Thomas’s grandfather, after he emigrated there from Scotland. The name was inspired by the surrounding conifer trees, which stay green even through the harshest of winters.
There’s basically no 1920s womens jail/prison CC out there so I made one. Now decades simmer can send there girls to jail but keep immersion for the time period.

This is a continuation of my old 1890's radio mod, I really wanted to make an updated version and I'd always intended to do this for other decades too. I don't really have a good explanation for this taking so long, adhd kicked my ass
This version is modular! Only the base is required. If there are any stations you don't want, you can just remove them.

Happy 2026 everyone! Well I know it hasn't exactly been happy so far, but...yeah, I won't go down that subject as I know The Sims is a safe place for a lot of us.
Anyhoo, onto the CC! With the New Year in mind, many of us are hit yet again by a renewed attempt to get fit, and by extension, our sims sometimes feel that too! I made this collection with a retro feel, because the butt enhancer leggings market is already quite nicely covered by other creators who've done a great job...but there will be butt enhancing. What's a mid-century workout without a pair of diabolically unsuportive shoes? These devil shoes were still at large as 'gym shoes' in the nineties when I was in primary school and decided to wear them on a five mile walk to the beach when my mum was not available to tell me it was a stupid idea. In my mind, I was Audrey Hepburn in Funny Face (I do not believe she wore primary school gym plimsols though). I cried walking up stairs at a shopping centre the following day. I'm definitely not traumatised. Also, they look like Barbie's sister Skipper's original swimsuit. If you know, you know.

Hello! I'm back with a mesh edit. After completing Del Sol III, I wanted my male OCs to have something nice to wear as well. I really do like the original full-body outfit from the Golden Years Kit (see below), but I wanted a more tailored fit for some of my sims. I edited the original mesh to feature broader padded shoulders, a slim tailored silhouette, and slightly longer and wider trousers.

In The Family Way - A Medieval Pregnancy Kit For Pandasama's Realistic Childbirth Mod
I love a good historical gameplay, and I love Pandasama's Realistic Childbirth Mod. However, for obvious reasons that mod is heavily Modern Era™-coded. But I felt as though there were elements to the mod that could be adapted to my favorite kind of gameplay. This little kit is the result of that feeling. Find the items easily by searching for either [scandisim] or Pandasama in Build/Buy. Please keep in mind before reading any further that none of these work without the original mod by Pandasama, will not even show up in game without the original mod, and all credit for the mod and original items goes to them!

I've had this build made for a minute, I originally made it for my crossed wires short story, and then I realized I wanted to make it cc-free for download. Honestly that ended up being WAY more of an effort than I anticipated because the open roof is such an important part of this build, and we don't have a non-cc way to change the undersides of roofs (EA please I'm begging). Did I end up TOOLing a random fence debug asset up there? Yes. Yes I did. So be careful with the roof friends its a little sensitive. Move objects on is a necessity.
Yes, this is based on Red Dead Redemption 2, let's be real many of my builds are. Even has the gaming table at the end, but at least you don't have to work on the gambler challenge there, that's a real blessing.
I hope all you guys enjoy this and get some fun play out of it. Honestly it also works great as an open-air museum for a modern save, when I was taking photos I had it on triple speed to get the lighting right and watched a ton of sims just like wander around and I felt like I was absolutely watching them visit a little museum. So this one REALLY pulls double duty.

Fully playtested, but this is probably more of a screenshot lot than not, there's not a ton to do. I do not think the easel is functional, I think I may have sacrificed that for aesthetics. If you delete the box/crate under it will work fine.
This has been a long time in the making, and I'm really proud of how it's turned out. The main inspiration for Waterfall Bedroom came from The Sims 1 Superstar expansion - after recreating the Art Deco-style dresser, I wanted to carry on, and so this whole suite was born. I always loved the American furniture from the 1920s and 1930s that appeared in previous iterations of Sims games, and especially as made by the custom content creators of the 00s. Nothing quite the same ever arrived with The Sims 4, so this is my attempt at filling that niche. There's a UK-specific nod here too though, in the form of the tiled fireplace, which can still be found in bedrooms all over the country. I hope you enjoy!
