Ara q ens atraquem a la Spartan Race d'Andorra volia compartir un petit decàleg que pretén ser una guia x mi mateix, no estic jo per repartir lliçons (obert a properes modificacions ). DECÀLEG DEL @SENIOR_SPARTANUS PER LES OCRs 1r. Entrena, entrena i entrena, ...i no oblidis descansar. No hi ha cap altra forma de millorar 2n. Ets un atleta, alimenta't com tal 3er. Compromet-te a complir tan escrupulosament com puguis les normes de la carrera 4t Millor ser finisher orgullós (fins i tot retirat honest) que no campió trampós 5è. Els altres atletes no són rivals, són companys. Ajuda quan calgui.... 6è. Però no oblidis ser competitiu, perquè sols buscant els límits et trobes a tu mateix. 7è. Aplaudeix a qui t'aplaudeix, els seus ànims són la teva força 8è Mai mai parlis malament d'un altra atleta, no saps les seves raons. 9è. Somriu a les fotos que no sembli q ho passes malament 10è. Les curses sense voluntaris no són possibles, mostra sempre agraïment Bonus Track : 11è.
