Okay... Has anyone heard Noah Cyrus and Vance Joys song Everybody Needs Somebody?' I like both of their music, but the first verse sounds almost exactly like a sped up first verse of 'Good Grace' by Hillsong 🧐

What time do families typically do Thanksgiving dinner? My family is going to our grandparents to eat at 4pm. Maybe it's just me, but why??? That's not a late lunch or early dinner. If I have to have a second dinner or late snack, then what was the point of stuffing myself with all that food.

I have always loved romance movies and stories, but looking back on my teen years, I never really pictured myself in a relationship. I didn't think about dating or getting married when I was older. It wasn't something I even realized I wasn't doing when others were. It wasn't until I started to consider that I was asexual and aromantic that I felt like I was grieving a reality that I didn't even want. How messed up is that? That discovering more of myself led to a fear of missing out on something the world tells me I should want and that a part of myself listened to even though it was never something I considered before. This is something I still struggle with and I'm sure I will continue in the future, but it helps to put it into perspective of what I want versus what I'm afraid of missing out on.

Asexual, arospec, introverted, self conscious tomboy with anxiety, who struggles to make strong friendships... Sounds like a recipe for loneliness. Thank goodness for my large family! They couldn't get rid of me even if they tried.

Happy national coming out day! Today I came out as aroace. My family have known and been supportive for the past couple years. It's such a relief now to know I don't have to hide it or worry about someone finding out. I feel very blessed to have received positive responses.

I just learned that there is a type of female dragonfly that dramatically fakes it's death when faced with unwanted sexual advances. What is aroaces did this... Everytime someone came up to you and started flirting you just fell down and faked death. These dragonflies sound brilliant to me.
