My creativity is weird because like, i can't come up with a good idea on my own but I am always adding onto my girlfriend's story ideas. Like I can't come up with a basic premise for a story, like "a but set in b" or "c but every one d", stuff like that. But I can then turn around and start going on about how "character e would totally do this" or "there should be a character f that does this"
I think I'm so burnt out from making games because all my ideas are like these sort of simple almost simulation games but I want to make something more artistic and cool. Like I'm not going to lie Scott Cawthon is a big inspiration; despite my dislike of horror games.
I'd love to make some small linear game but I am just empty for ideas. idk how my gf just makes stories so easily this shit is hard af. It's a very frustrating feeling because I know I can make games but I just dont know what to make.
