Hey tumblr i need your help finding a fic. Spent a fair amount of time on ao3 plsying with the tags but I can't find it ;_;

It was an Avatrice AU. I think the nuns were detectives and Ava was an ex convict who was helping them. She grew up with Mary and is released at the start of the fic. I think there was a twist that she was a rowdy teen who made questionable choices and Mary had to take care of her a lot but then there was a moment when Ava took the blame on herself which got her arrested instead of Mary?

Im worried I'm mixing up fics but I think Mary amd Shannon were together and Ava was staying with them. I'm going insane trying to find it i remember it being really good and I wanna read it again please tumblr you're my only hope

I'm so sorry to people who speak a language that usually isn't included in dubbing/subtitles for video games

It wasn't until I started learning czech that I realised just how limited so many games are, even big budget games. I wanted to make learning more fun by playing games with czech subtitles or dubbing, but I'm really struggling to find games that have czech as an option 😔 the only one I can think of off the top of my head is Hrot... but that is from a czech developer lol

I recommend looking into fan translations made by groups that are agaimst AI translations. They're usually pretty passionate about keeping Czech alive. I know some people working on a translation of Star Wars Outlaws and they're so thorough. They're rereading thr books and rewatching the movies and shows with the official translations for the Star Q

Wars žargón so that they capture it as accurately as possible. (Yes I'm shameless in their promotion they're working very hard!)

Robin is the mean lesbian that's legit canon. Don't let her big blue eyes and excitable mannerisms or rambling when she is anxious distract you from the fact that she can be vindictive and spiteful and she will hold a grudge. She has not spent years praying for Steve's downfall because the girl she liked had a crush on him and he was a douche for nothing. She was enjoying every single embarrassing moment of Steve she saw at that awful job and had a tally of it for her own personal entertainment.

Nancy tho? She is my lil sopping wet kitten. She is just too sad and traumatized to create new bonds and reach out in a significant way. She is no mean girl she has never been one. Getting drunk at a party while trying to deal with the loss of your best friend (which you blame yourself for) and breaking down in front of your boyfriend because he is trying to deal with it by throwing himself into a routine does not make you a mean girl.

Honestly they deserve to be mean and spiteful and angry. They deserve to lash out.

Nancy is always holding herself back she is always pushing all of it down and taking charge and protecting others with no room to delve into all the fears that keep festering inside her. She has been drowning all alone for so long. She deserves to break. She deserves to shatter and she deserves to be held.
