The year had gone by and it was that time of the year again. And that meant Junhui had a few days to spend at home and pay his family a visit. Of course his holidays wouldn’t be complete without spending time with you.

Junhui had insisted on it.

“You know I’d kiss you even without the mistletoe, right?” you asked, admiring your boyfriend’s work.

“Tradition, Y/N, tradition,” he said, playful as always. He patted the empty space next to him on the couch. You sat next to him and handed him a mug of hot chocolate, which he gladly accepted and immediately tasted.

“Best hot chocolate I’ve ever tasted,” he complimented.

“I know, I made it.” The comment earned you a light shove, until you both burst out laughing.

You grabbed a blanket you always kept near the couch and covered you both in it. Jun leaned back and you placed your head on his chest, as you both adjusted until you were comfortable enough.

“Wanna hear something cool?” Jun’s voice broke the comfortable silence that had settled in your living room.

“What?”

“It’s snowing,” he said, making you look out the window. He was right. “Do you wanna go outside?”

“No,” you quickly said, “I’m good.”

“Why not though? I thought you wanted revenge for that one snowball fight,” he chuckled.

"Because you’re warm,” you mumbled.

Junhui smiled and kissed your temple. "Merry Christmas, Y/N."
