Really all any of the above does… is teach people to hide it.  To keep it inside so they don’t ‘worry’ people.  It’s not just not helpful, it’s actively harmful and contributes toward a society that discourages people from getting help.  

I think you’ve got this post all wrong, in my opinion it just expresses how a lot of people don’t understand that it takes more than a few words to overcome any of the issues mentioned. I don’t see how it encourages people to hide anything. Its supposed to show that a different approach needs to be taken when trying to help them.
