A seifert surface is a surface whose boundary is some particular knot or link. So, for example here we have a seifert surface whose edge is a trefoil. Anyways, this one program here that draws seifert surfaces is cool and you should go play with it if that’s your kind of thing. (it’s what i used to make this thing :p)
