He could feel eyes on him so he turned to face Jonathan, offering a dazzling smile to him as he sauntered over. "Penny for your thoughts?" He asked before getting real close, absolutely encroaching on the other man's personal space.

Him and his stupid walk. His stupid smile. His stupid voice. Jonny wished he could shake him off, cut it off before it was too late - but then again, it was already too damn late.

"Mm, no thoughts, actually." He attempted to be casual, bringing his drink up to his face again for something to do. "How are you enjoying the evening?" Deflection, the most useful tool in his repertoire.

Before he could think to do anything else there was a knock on the door.

Ah right, the steamer.

"I got it." Sleipnir brought their hands to his mouth, pressing a closed mouth kiss to the back of Jonnys hand before reluctantly unfurling his fingers and pushing off of the bed towards the door. He took the small handheld steamer from the worker and thanked her as she left, about to close the door when he was met with a wild eyed redhead. "Helga-" She pushed his chest, beginning to tell him off for not answering his phone before her eyes dipped behind him - clocking Jonny on the bed. Her mouth fell open for a second before she apologised. "Helga it's not-" she kept cutting him off before reminding him to be ready by eleven, not letting her baby bother get a word in before running off down the hallway. "Helga!" Sleipnir leant out, called to the woman with a grumble before going back inside before closing it. Helga wouldn't gossip about this...would she?

"Here." Sleipnir looked at the steamer a bit bewildered, pressing the button a few times. "Helga says we've got to be ready by 11." He repeated as if he didn't see the whole thing himself.

Jonny looked down at their intertwined hands. It was maddening to think they could have maybe been doing this all along if they had gotten their shit together. But it wasn't too late, he supposed. If Sleip could be patient with him, if they talked to each other instead burying feelings, maybe it could work out, right?

He was interrupted in his thoughts when he heard a knock at the door. That would have been the steamer. He smiled at the way Sleipnir kissed the back of his hand. How did it all come so naturally to him?

Hearing the 'thank you' he assumed it was the steamer after all. Though he caught the eye of Helga, who saw him on the bed. Ah fuck. They hadn't even had chance to be on the same page and already Sleip's sister would think they were fucking. Great.

"Mmhm. I heard. Small room." He gestured with his hand with a sheepish chuckle. Jonny pressed his lips together and stood up, walking to take each his suit and shirt out of his wardrobe to hang up individually. Taking the steamer from Sleip, he filled it up with water and switched it on to let the element heat up.

Turning to Sleip, he smiled. "How are you feeling?"

Happy that his joke about Anne landed the way he had wanted it to, Cooper's smile picked up even wider. He may not have known the man intimately like he did with some of the Professor's in his department, but Cooper really liked Danilo. A bit odd around the edges perhaps and fueled by something perhaps far greater than anxiety, but he was sweet where it mattered the most and the blond appreciated him without being able to really put it into words. They didn't cross paths often, but Cooper never minded when they did, so to speak.

Eyebrows shot up at the single winded question and he couldn't quite keep the shock from his expression completely. It smoothed out after a moment, but it had caught him just a little off guard. Not in a bad way though. "A drink? Y..yeah. Yeah I could be down for that, hell yeah." Eyes cast themselves around the room briefly then and he decided to say fuck it and toss out perhaps a wild option. "You wanna go now? I'm kinda bored of hanging out in here waitin' for the kids to need help ya know?"

A long, long exhale of relief left him when Cooper agreed to it. Amazing news. He would just have to make his way through it without passing out, once they planned it of course. He would have time to mentally prepare hopefully and-

"N-now?" Dani's eyes blinked quickly. "Yeah, okay." He swallowed down hard. He would have to simply still himself on the go, last minute, no planning whatsoever. It would be fine. He had hoped for this. This was a good thing.

His gaze followed Cooper as he rounded his office table and patted his arm. He smelled nice, and he liked that he was taller too. He liked a lot of things about the man... "Sounds great, thanks." Though he wondered for a moment whether Cooper was considering this as a drink or a drink-drink. Either way, Dani had no time to think as he walked alongside the professor. "Do you have a place in mind?"

"A glitter in my eyes?" Jonny chuckled, turning to kiss Teddy gently on his lips. "Are you just being extra nice because I came so quickly?" He chuckled. It wasn't a problem he had encountered in a long time. He was a grown man, knew his own pressure points, limits. But somehow with Teddy, everything was thrown out the damn window.

Being with Teddy felt sexy, horny, triumphant.

He wrapped his arms around Teddy's middle, legs intertwining as they breathed each other in, having barely stepped into that Airbnb they were calling home for the weekend. "When we're less dead, you wanna show me the rest of the house?"

Something he would keep to himself for now.

"Um..." He shrugged. "I dunno. We could kiss each other..." His eyes fell to the mans hands beside him. "You could wear your cute glasses and...I could make sure my suits are kept better." He offered Jonny his hand, fingers spread - hoping to interlock fingers if the other would agree. "Unless you want something else. I'm open minded.

Jonny chuckled. Why did it sound so simple? Then again, Sleipnir always made it sound so simple. So easy.

"Is this all just a ploy to kiss me again?" He chuckled, eyes meeting Sleip's with a gentle smile. "I can't promise I won't fuck up in some way, you know me." A little too well at this point. It was miraculous he even liked him that way after knowing him for over two years at this point. "Let's just take this day by day, okay? Step by step." He threaded his fingers through Sleip's open hand. A leap of faith.

Sleipnir tapped on his glass, finishing his whiskey before sitting the cup down on the table. "I want..." The words trailed off, lost to thought once again. Finally he huffed.

"If - and it's a big if - If I end up with someone?" A pause. "I wanna..." Did he want to say this? "...I want to wake up and I want to hear them doing - whatever it is they are doing. And I would lie back down, and listen to them because I know that I am safe." He cleared his throat, gently pushing the whiskey cup with his foot. "Think that's enough for me." He grunted.

Jonny had leaned back on the couch, head lolling to the side languidly as he listened to Sleipnir speak.

A soft smile on was his face. They really were different people. Sleipnir craved the domestic, so domestic it was peaceful. Quiet. It suited him. The big, soft man with gentle kindness.

It was something Jonathan could never picture for himself, not for want of trying. He had relationships in the past, but they always seemed to end up in flames somehow. It was easier for him just to stick to what he knew. Draw a line in the sand, nothing more than a fling, nobody getting hurt.

"That sounds nice." He commented, scratching Sasha's head as she dozed off, a little snore coming out of her as Jonny let out a little chuckle. "You need to date for that to happen though." He teased, veering right back on track again.

His smile calmed down following the bombardment of questions from the other. "...it hasn't happened yet." Sleip shrugged. "You're not gonna fuck anything up." Sleip reassured the other. "Yeah but - I could also call you names right now and the same thing happened. Anything can happen...we don't need to worry."

Jonny chuckled. They hadn't. One or both of them was always drunk or at least tipsy in some kind of way when they had kissed. It was juvenile. Unhealthy. Did that bode well for them, really?

He looked down at his coffee cup, finishing the contents silently as Sleipnir spoke. He supposed he was being cynical. That was Jonathan's approach to relationships. Be a cynic. The worse will happen. It usually did. But there was hope in Sleip's voice, it tugged at something in his chest.

That feeling brought him to his feet, taking him over to sit beside Sleipnir.

"So let's say we do give this a go... What would change?"

Jonny tongued and tugged dutifully. His gaze was locked upwards upon Teddy's beautiful face, the way he was writhing, the tell-tale signs that yes...yes. Teddy's body stiffened beneath him and he continued pumping, licking until the spurts of spunk stopped coming. "Not scum, huh? Don't think I've ever been complimented so highly before. Mike chuckled between bites and drinks of his soda. He shrugged at the question. "The classiest. What else do you call people who buy hard liquor, condoms and vapes at two in the morning?" He ate and drank gratefully before picking up a napkin in the bag to wipe off his hands. "You doing anything tonight?"

At the question, Sleipnir was dumbfounded. He blinked, a step forward but - stopped himself. He didn't want to scare Jonny.

"Okay - first of all - I wouldn't say that and mean it." The had a very teasing relationship. "And as for why..." He paused, sighing as he felt a warmth fill his throat. "I don't know - you make me feel good. You make me happy. You make me laugh and...I have a lot less bad days and - that is because of you." Sleipnir was chewing on his thumb now, a nervous rumbling in his belly that he was ignoring.

"I mean - we both like each other. I'm not saying - we need to rush or something I'm just saying we should be...open to the idea?" He shrugged softly. "You know...maybe we don't have to be blind drunk to kiss each other." He teased with a chuckle, but his nerves were sparking - he clasped his own hand to hide the twitch in his thumb.

There was a soft, tired smile on his face as Sleipnir spoke. He rested his face in his hand, elbow propped up to hold it. There was a fluttering in his chest. He hadn't felt it in a long time. He nodded slowly at his words. The same could have been said for Sleipnir. He often made him laugh. He adored the way the man put up with his antics. He liked having an anchor amongst the chaos.

"You have to admit I'm a great kisser even when I'm drunk, though." He chuckled obviously using humour to deflect somewhat. But it wasn't like he could go anywhere. This was the conversation they were having, right?

"What if it ruins the friendship? What we have already. I fuck up in some way inevitably and you never wanna see me again? Wouldn't that fucking suck?"

"You had tequilas on the first date with me. Did I not give off 'serial killer' vibes? For all you know I could be playing the long game." Jonny happily played along, always finding a comfortable rhythm with Zayn. It was unfortunate, inconvenient for a man preferred not being in relationships if he could. "Mm, well, I was mostly sent dick and ass pics, so I couldn't say. Your ass is definitely prettiest." He teased just as the drinks were brought over to them atop bespoke coasters.
