Alright, once again, I'm gonna do a Star Wars Unlimited post after not doing one for a while. This one is different because it's for Ezra Bridger. Which I want to do, there is a new leader for him, but I want to preface this by explaining how much FFG LOVES Star Wars Rebels. There are now like 5 cards minimum for each Spectre, and they are almost all playable if not good. Ezra has 5, and beyond that, 4 of the 5 have variations of the art like prestige and Showcases, so there is a lot going on.
But if you need an excuse to play the game as a Rebels fan, know that there has been content from the show in every single set and you will keep your favorite space family as long as you keep playing!
So I finished Clone War ;-;
I'm still recovering
Sending thoughts, prayers, and bacta for the wounds
I'm trying to find comfort with tales of the jedi/underworld/empire, I'm not sure if it's helping or making it worse
Rebels is really the best show by far to fill that void if you haven't watched it. Tales of the Jedi is great but I found the other two lacking.
I plan to watch Rebels, I'm just trying to do it in a somewhat chronological order so my next watch is most probably the Bad Batch.
I agree, especially Tales of the Empire imo. I really appreciated to know what happened to Ventress for exemple, tho I was a little confused with the beginning.
I also think I preferred Tales of the Jedi partly bc I just wanted to know how did Dooku turned from the Jedi to the Separatists for the longest time
If you want to see the arc for Ventress before season 7 was cancelled, read Dark Disciple. It leads directly into Tales of the Underworld, which surprised me a lot. It's one of, if not the best piece of recycled Clone Wars content after the cancellation.

“my father is a boy and my mother is a girl so i’m mixed” is the funniest possible response to someone asking your gender and it came from 6’5 Viking footballer and notable weird little guy Erling Haaland on a Snapchat
why is it called the clone wars if there's only one war
shouldn't it be called the clone war
I'd say there are multiple wars going on that are under that umbrella that don't really consist of republic-separatist battle but happen because of it during that time. The Mandalorian conflicts and the Shadow Collective and other syndicate conflicts before they reach Mandalore could all be called wars, and there are some planets like Onderon that have civil wars/revolutions grouped in where both republic and separatist sides provide very little to their onderonian allies. I think what it's most likely referring to is the scale of the wars was gargantuan in universe. It was the biggest in canon tmn, and calling a conflict that has thousands of fronts on hundreds of planets and threatens trillions of lives a single war feels inadequate. Characters do call it "the war" more often than "The Clone Wars" in the show, but after that's obviously what it's referred to by more often.
Best Clone Wars Story Arc Contest: Round Two (part 10)
Zygerria Arc (S4E11, S4E12, S4E13)
Ryloth Arc (S1E19, S1E20, S1E21)
Zygerria Arc (S4E11 Kidnapped, S4E12 Slaves of the Republic, S4E13 Escape from Kadavo)
Zygerrian slavers are behind the sudden disappearance of an entire colony of people on the planet Kiros. As Anakin and Ahsoka rush to defuse a series of bombs planted by the slavers, Obi-Wan must fight with their imposing leader. To locate the missing colonists, Anakin, Obi-Wan and Ahsoka go undercover to infiltrate the slavers on Zygerria. They are eventually captured, and Anakin tries to convince the Zygerrian Queen that she too is a slave and pawn in an evil Separatist plot.
Ryloth Arc (S1E19 Storm Over Ryloth, S1E20 Innocents of Ryloth, S121 Liberty on Ryloth)
Ryloth, home world of the Twi'lek people, has been subjected to military occupation by the droid army of the Separatists, and surrounded by a blockade of Trade Federation battleships. While launching a surprise attack against the blockade, Ahsoka disobeys Anakin's orders and ends up losing most of her squadron. Even though she's emotionally rocked by this failure, Anakin helps her learn to persevere, placing her in charge of another risky attack. With the space blockade around Ryloth destroyed, Obi-Wan Kenobi must lead a small clone force into a droid occupied town to sabotage their anti-aircraft guns. Obi-Wan's mission is complicated when he learns the town's inhabitants are being used as living shields. A pair of clones in his platoon forges an unlikely friendship with a refugee Twi'lek girl, Numa, who's been orphaned by the war. Meanwhile, with his forces stretched thin, Mace Windu must convince Twi'lek freedom fighter, Cham Syndulla, to help him save the capital city from the droids' destruction.
I feel like Ryloth did what it was meant to do better than Zygerria. Ryloth was largely about the truly innocent civilians that got caught in the crossfire of the war and were forced to fight and suffer because of it. Zygerria felt like an admirable but flawed attempt to portray slavery in a Cartoon Network show. The Arc became a bit hyper focused on the protagonists being put in similar situations to the slaves, and putting Ahsoka in that situation in the first place was stupid and out of character for Anakin and Obi-Wan, especially since the only pay off was a bad ROTJ callback. The Arc also just ends with the cartoon "hero's save everyone we see involved" where Ryloth does the same but Cham leaves the more interesting thought in your head about how Ryloth would react to the Empire, or even the continued Republic occupation. Also obviously the Syndulla's play a much bigger role in the story than any of the new characters in Zygerria.
I love this world cup, not only because the games are great and it's creating broad unity among fans, but its creating unity among Americans. While I sure as hell am not celebrating the 250th this summer, me and every other fan of a knocked out country is supporting Norway and praying they beat England 4-0. It's the most American thing you can do!

Ahsoka Tano from Star Wars Rebels Concept art
I didn't remember this part. It was wild.
i suggest not letting it get this far
I mean this as a PSA, not a call-out, but please can we spell Ahsoka right? The 'h' is before the 's'. I know this well because I got hate on a YouTube comment 12 years ago for misspelling it, but I was 10 at the time. Please!
Reblogging because y'all still don't know
Before Princess Zelda, there was Pirate Queen Tetra!
I still like that redesign <3

Favorite sacreligious painting at my hometown autobody shop.
During his Padawanship Dooku had to fight for his life to not start speaking like Yoda, and the day he accidentally did so is one neither Jocasta or Sifo will ever let him forget
