the other thing about OCPD is that I literally cannot do anything unless I turn it into a Task that Feels Productive
tumblr blog? more like a mission to correct every piece of misinformation I can find
reading? more like a project to read every book by a certain author or in a certain category by a set date
watching TV? much the same as reading. can’t do it unless I create some kind of goal or end point or reason
I collect data about podcasts just to feel alive. I write lists of media I need to consume just to feel a sense of accomplishment. life is a to-do list, and I aim to win
ADHD behavior can be full of contradictions. I often see people give reasons as to why someone else can't have it and almost every time that reason either doesn't contradict ADHD, or can be even more of a sign for it.
Some day I'm going to be back on top and my skin will be under control and my eyebrows will be plucked and I can wear contacts again
