you don't have to start huge btw that's really important. a lot of people (myself included) get hung up thinking everything has to change right away but you can just like. take a walk somewhere you wouldn't ordinarily. dust a shelf you've never thought to dust before. start doing five minutes of stretching first thing in the day. send someone a message to tell them you appreciate them. watch a tutorial on something you've been wanting to learn. etc.
