Sometimes I spend too much time in the fandom and I start to worry that maybe I was just seeing what I wanted to in Byler. And then I rewatch literally any scene and it's the gayest shit ever

so they wrote a story about a gay kid being abused, kidnapped, possessed, abused some more, sidelined by his friends, his best friend and love of his life being randomly homophobic to him, then him having to use his feelings to uplift the bones, failing straight relationship of the show, then him being abused, rejected, traumatised some more, and then sidelined and doing literally nothing in the finale. really great writing for sure

"boohoo buffy was so mean in s6-7 ooooh" i- dude did we watch the same show? buffy summers wasn`t even mean ENOUGH. she should`ve brought out of herself buffy from the first ep in s3 and dragged everyone by their scruffs through the scorching sands of the desert and then thrown them into that haunted house with the fear demon. she should`ve used her sharp tongue and put them all into the ground with just her honest words without the filter that she has. "ooooh buffy was bitchy" no, she needs to be bitchier. it`s clear that you don`t love buffy summers enough.
