The Non-GMO project by implication in their approved product listings. Although, in all fairness, someone did mention that some salts contain plant-based anti-caking agents which I hadn't thought of before and that does appear to be the case for the few Non-GMO Project approved salts without any obvious organic additions (garlic, rosemary, etc) I saw when I glanced through their approved products page. Theoretically, there might be one that doesn't have that excuse, but, if there is, it's buried somewhere in the 1,689 products that show up when I keyword search salt on their product search (which, to be fully clear, are mostly salt-containing food items, not 1000+ salts).
