Today is probably the last time I'll have to go to a team meeting for my current job because I only have less than 2 weeks left. I do not like the director, she's always having the rest of us do her writing tasks. I think that people over 80 should stop working unless they can manage the tech required. She can't do teams. She can't use the VPN to access the network when she's not on campus and she's never on campus. She doesn't know how to use email. She infuriates me. My direct communication style is upsetting to her so she mostly avoided me for the last year. Which is fine. I'm capable and know better than her how to do my work. At convocation they thanked her for all of the grants contributions and didn't mention any of the rest of us. I hated that
