If you’re upset about a building burning down or a target being looted, imagine the emotions the families like George Floyd are feeling, let alone the entire Black Community right now. A building is just brick and mortar- it can be rebuilt. You cannot rebuild a mind, body, or soul- we are talking about human fucking beings here! We will never see or hear the stories of people like Georgie Floyd because privileged, asshole cops have been emboldened by racist rhetoric to be above the law ( #sorryimnotsorry ) . . . . . . Last month, self dubbed “April Project,” I challenged myself to spend at least 35 min a day in #aftereffects to brainstorm, edit, and render out a quick, fun, and simple animation (and what could be more fun than devoting it to a month like 4/2020 😂).
