the other day wheni woke up my edgeworth body pillow had fallen off of my bed and i panicked when i didn’t see him i was like oh my god where did he go did he LEAVE? did i never have one in the first place? and then i saw him on the groudn and i was like oh my god i kicked him off the bed and i got sad . and then i realized oh. well valentine could kick edgeworth in his sleep and possibly kick him off the bed. and then ifelt better because thats funny

imagine going to the fair with your f/o but they are afraid of heights so they refuse to go on any rides with you so you end up having to ride them alone and then they try to win a prize for you but they fail over and over again and end up spending more money on the game than it would cost to actually just buy the toy because "it's the principle" and eventually they get in an argument with the person who runs the booth about it being rigged which ends up getting you both kicked out. 🎡

i understand how much more dangerously obvious this makes mr anonymous f/o but. the way **** is treated by the fandom makes me so upset, like i thought i had seen it all but he’s really dealing with the most. he’s an insanely popular character from an insanely popular franchise and yet NO ONE treats him with any respect. he’s got a fanbase comprised mostly of people who want to fuck him and who objectify him constantly despite the fact that in canon he is sexually traumatized to the point that accidentally seeing someone undress made him have a breakdown because the concept of sex scares him so much, and on top of that most of the people who want to fuck him are women... this is a problem because he’s also canonically a gay man. like, 100% confirmed by the creator to not like women. then, if they aren’t envisioning themselves with him, they ship him with other characters ofc. the issue there is that his two most popular ships are him with a literal teenager and him with a man who... i don’t even know how to describe that situation in vague terms because it’s so specifically bad just trust me he deserves better. i’m at like wrightworth levels of hating that ship (similar dynamics in the worst places.) and BOTH of these characters he’s shipped with are, in the grand scheme of things, fucking horrible people. that’s not even all of the bad popular ships he’s got, just the top two. he has like ONE good popular ship and yet it gets turned into a het ship by most of the people who like it because they refuse to acknowledge that the other half of the ship is canonically nb. and then there’s the fact that by the end of the series, his place in popularity polls went down after he had consistently dominated them, and this only happened after he became disabled which led people to saying how unattractive he was now and how he should’ve just died rather than “suffering more” as a disabled man etc etc. it’s just all so fucking evil to see and i am certainly not surprised given what fucking show this is a fanbase for but that doesn’t make it any less upsetting.
