After working quite a few Saturdays I finally decided to give myself a spa day and it was amazing. This combined with some wonderful Sunday traditions I will have such a hard time letting it come to an end. I hope you all are having a good weekend as well. 

Well, if there’s one thing a St. James knows... it’s how to make sure that we take care of ourselves, right sis?

After pretty much growing up in a bookstore all my life, it is still so nice to go to a library. Something about looking through all of the books and checking them out just gives me a warm fuzzy feeling. That doesn’t sound too silly does it?

Perhaps a little. Though, I suppose if you own a bookstore, you can only have so many books on hand where a library has more.

Alright, I’ve gone long enough keeping this mostly to myself so I will answer any questions I can think of right now and hope there are no follow ups.

1. I did find Marley, and she’s back and safe with me. Working through shit so still no visitors until she’s ready.

2. I’m officially in my first relationship, and if that’s something you guys give gifts for then I’m all for it. Food is preferred though as always, money is also very welcome.

Yeah, I don’t think giving gifts for relationships is a thing, Hummel.

Does anybody else agree with me the new Lion King movie was the shit? I’ll take the original over this one a hundred times over.

Rachel: Practically my /only/ home growing up. I am currently doing other things as well, those definitely are not work related.

Jesse: That I don't doubt. But sometimes you should take away from that place... you know I love Off Broadway, it was both Jackie and I's second home growing up. But there's only so much time a person can spend somewhere before they start going insane.

Rachel: No problem. I have my own problems to worry about anyways

Rachel: Still, it's a leisurely activity. It's not like I teach it.

Jesse: I suppose the general rule of "if you can't pry, I can't pry" stands here?

Hospital food isn’t great, but still…as bad as it was, I’ve definitely had worse food. Carter - my late fiance - couldn’t cook to save his life, but he tried. It was pretty adorable, to be honest. Even if it was horrible.

You’re definitely not under the wrong impression. I think given the severity of everything, though, they kept me until they knew I could survive on my own. But I’m telling you, the second they realized I could walk - even painfully - they released me. With Frank’s arrest, though, maybe they just had a few extra beds available now that people aren’t being attacked left and right.

I can’t tell if that’s a touching or sad story.

Private: It’s hilarious when you even try to look shocked. It’s almost cute.

I think I’d be happy with the chicken soup alone. Leave the heavy cooking to me. We wouldn’t want to have indigestion at the same time.

Private: What do you mean almost? I’m always cute.

In comparison to Pops? Most definitely not. But I’ve also had worse, so it wasn’t too bad. As for actually being there, I didn’t have much of a choice to be honest. They kind of force you to stay after nearly being killed and everything, you know?

... I was kidding about the food, come on. Everybody knows hospital food is terrible.

Rachel: Whatever. Still not tiny.

Rachel: And yes, I usually spend it dancing, but technically, i'm not working

I might not be able to do a whole hell of a lot yet, but at least I’m out of that damn hospital. Physical therapy is a fucking bitch and a half, and it’s going to be a while before I can get back to any sort of normal life, but I’m just glad it seems to be working. Even if it’s not working as quickly as I’d like. Don’t worry, though; I’ll be back at Pop’s and the Wyrm before you know it.

Half the posts from Riverdale lately seem to be about people having been at the hospital... is the food really that good?
