Has a standardized goal, determined by antis of course, instead of trying to help patients to navigate life ("if you were really in therapy, you wouldn't think it was okay to write about fictional characters being raped")

Not healthcare ("I, a layperson, am qualified to speak about how therapists should operate, a statement I would not make about medicine")

Yet also, healthcare, but only accessed by 'those icky people' ("you're insane, freak, only a delusional schizo would think this was okay")

When I was a kid I had like zero internet supervision and I would read the craziest Hetalia doujinshi. There was shit like incest, shota, bestality, noncon, you name it. And all of it was "romanticized" too and presented as something super hot and sexy.

Even though I was a kid/young teen it never even occured to me to do those things IRL.

But you know what I did almost replicate in real life after seeing it in fiction?

But one time my friend and I were playing on a playground and a group of older teens came up to us and asked us if we wanted to go somewhere with them.

OP here is using the same tactic TERFs do, which is using a dogwhistle. The dogwhistle here is calling people “pedophiles” without providing any source whatsoever, the difference is TERFs use it specifically regarding trans people. TERFs call trans people “pedophiles”, especially trans women, and I think you all know that. Or at least I hope so.

Also regarding the VA issue: you know what actually happened ? The VA asked to not be sent NSFW stuff of the character they VA’d. Good, that is a reasonable request, and the people who sent them NSFW stuff are asshats (common sense in fandoms, don’t fucking do that), HOWEVER (because there always has to be a “however”), much like OP over here, the VA proceeded to call people “pedophiles” including CSA survivors because they got triggered, so a lot of CSA survivors, including myself, pointed out the issue with their statement, while also debunking the law the VA mentioned in the aforementioned tweet (which is an archaic and outdated law btw, a simple Google search confirms my statement).
