I don't think anyone gets how much I HATE the headcannon that Tech is cx-2. I mean where is his intelegence????? He doesn’t follow orders properly a lot of the time wow that box is checked. But not seeing the Crosshair was just a dristraction to let Omega and the others get away is something even a reprogrammed Tech wouldn’t be stupid enough to do. Also going after Crosshair like a wild dog while the other are RIGHT THERE???? Tech was like the only ome who figured out it was just Crosshair's nature and didn't blaim him for it. You know who would be bitter enough to not follow orders and go after someone who he thinks replaced him? No fucking idea. Well I kind of very much do. A Crosshair who was succesfully reprogramed. I can't properly remember tge person who posted it to tag them but the hedcannon about "mirror squad" and that Crosshair had kind of been replaced by Omega or so it would feel like if you get left time and time again only for your old squad to do everuthing in their power to fight against the empire to save this girl they keep coming back for instead if him. Because in tgeir eyes you are not good enough to fight for. So what I think is that the mirror squad might actualy be a thing or tgere was anither Crosshair. Anything but Tech. Maybe the other Crosshair doesn’t know how they never actualy went back for him when tge option was not laid right in front of them. Because it is just Crosshair's nature to be bitter like that. To be bitter at a diffrent him for doing something even Tech said he would never do. Of course he would go after him. Tech isn't a sniper. That is Crosshair's thing. The only thing he is good for. The thing that he took away from the "faild" version of him.
Well thats what I think. But I'm very big on "let the dead be dead" thing. Also because of real live things. And I'm not calling anyone who headcannons this stupid. But I just find it a fitting end for Tech to die like a bird falling out of the sky while they gave Crosshair all the bird symbolisem. Also I'm dyslexic and can't write for shit so I'm still begging for someone to write a fic about something like this. (I was tagged in one amd enjoyed is very much but I am greedy). Something like them actually taking the knocked out cx-2 with them because they two thought it was Tech to almost be disapointed when they see an unchained Crosshair instead. This also sparring some anger in the other Crosshair who they now also assosiate again with the empire because they unconsously STILL think he can not change.

Alright guys hear me out. I can not write for shit due to being a dyslexic ass but how about you ask me for writing prompts. Because of course I am in the white man fondoms I want angst. And a lot if it. I just watched The Bad Batch. And since we never found out who cx-2 is. And he was suthhhhh a good character representation of how Crosshair woukd have been treated if he stayed with the empire. And you know, really had it out for Crosshair. It would be absoluutly amazing if someone wrote a fan fic about cx-t actualy being an exact copy of Crosshair, just brainwashed. And you might ask. "Wait why is he as old as the origenol Crosshair?" My guy look what they did to 99. That rapid adging can be put to use. He was of course created when they turned up the normal Crosshair's inhibetor chip. A copy of hos consousness. But since they are exactly the same, same skill set and all that jazz. Witch one is the copy? And is the real Crosshair really back with his brothers or is it just a copy that hasn't been brainwashed? That is for you to write kings, queens and Gods of fan fiction.
