The alphas are gym leaders.

Liza: normal type (major pokemon professor vibes)

Peck: fairy type (introduces you into contests and dressing up your partner pokemon)

Sir Gilbert: fire type (would help you fight against the evil team, Team Phantom)

Cosmo: grass type (introduces the cooking mechanic to you)

Graham: steel type (makes the master ball for you)

Greely: dark type (champion on the league)

Mira and zios: box legendaries

Phantom king: the evil team leader.

All the alphas mentioned only in statues would be trainers

Tavi: water type gym

The Pokemon themselves would be a mix of Pokemon based on in game furniture and clothing, Pokemon based on the playable animals and pets, Pokemon based on the minigames, and Pokemon based on the different areas on the map. And when I say based on like.. loosely lol Pokemon designs are really hard.
